A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Valmeyer address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Valmeyer, IL kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Valmeyer roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Valmeyer isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Valmeyer, IL, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Valmeyer, IL warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Anyone in Valmeyer who has had a supply line fail overnight knows the real cost isn't the leak itself, it's how long the standing water sits before someone with the right equipment arrives. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Valmeyer call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Valmeyer started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Valmeyer dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Valmeyer crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Valmeyer units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Valmeyer, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Valmeyer businesses and property managers get a dedicated project lead, after-hours crews, and equipment scaled to square footage rather than a single-crew response — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Valmeyer job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
On top of standard drying, our Valmeyer crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.

Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Our Valmeyer technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Valmeyer work order, not just in an ad. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
